Stores Supervisor

As a result, we are looking for an experienced FMCG Stores Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team based at our facility in Banyo. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of our exceptional stores team.

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:
Supervise and provide leadership to the stores/warehouse team including management of employee performance and day to day operations
Ensure processes are adhered to and effective stock control occurs through FIFO procedures
Management of safety and training records
Lead continuous improvement projects for the stores/warehouse team
Maintain and manage all equipment in a safe operating manner
Maintenance and contribute to a safe working environment for the team

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience/skills:
Min 5 years previous FMCG warehousing experience (essential)
Previous experience in a management position overseeing a warehousing team (essential) including delegation, performance management and training
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred)
High reach forklift licence (preferred)
Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Conflict Management skills and experience managing diverse relationships
General computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
