**Project Coordinator/ Document Controller**

**Contract role: 12 months to begin rolling contract (Up to 3 Years)**

**Location: Perth**

**Job Role**:

- Assists and supports Customer Project Management in execution of the customer contract, in processes execution, implementing standard project management practices, and tool management.
- Responsible for project operational tasks, e.g., reporting, document management and administrative tasks in relation to daily activities.

**Key activities**:

- Key controller of project documentation process e.g. Manages Project Documentation libraries and Manages the delivery, receipt and distribution of documentation between the customer and internal delivery team
- Supports project planning, Scheduling and implementation of the delivery plan
- Supports monitoring and providing required information related to the progress of Service delivery against contractual measures and engagement.
- Creates project reports using predefined standard and customized templates and/or macros
- Ensures data consistency within tools and that all tools have been set up, are up to date and available to the team
- Supports project communication by, e.g. coordinating governance meetings, documenting and sharing minutes of the meetings
- General project management support tasks

**Key Requirements for the role**:

- High degree in proficiency in all Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint), Visio and MS Project.

2. Proficient in Document control process, data entry. Preferably with ACONEX or alike experience

3. Time Management

4. Strict attention to detail and Quality management

5. Excellent Communication skills.

6. High degree in proficiency in English both written and Verbal
