**About the Opportunity**:
We are representing a client currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support their supervisors and administrative staff on a key contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone relatively new to project coordination and looking to grow their experience in a hands-on role. The position is FIFO, offering the potential of either a 5/2 or 8/6 roster, for an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with maintaining and developing project documentation.
- Support daily project tasks, including tracking material orders and maintaining stock levels.
- Coordinate project activities, progress, and communications between team members and supervisors.
- Work closely with supervisors to provide updates on project progress, identify potential delays, and resolve issues.
- Utilise Microsoft Project extensively for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Manage project rosters, including flight and accommodation coordination.
- Generate monthly spending reports and assist with stock management.
- Experience with Microsoft Project is essential - either proven professional experience or relevant training.
- Someone new to project coordination who can easily adjust to the role's expectations as it evolves under this key contract.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A positive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage the stress of a dynamic project environment.
