Coles 360 is the retail media business of Coles, connecting shoppers with the brands they know and love. If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to take on a newly created opportunity as Audience Specialist; joining Coles 360 at the cusp of growth.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Segment audiences based on behaviour and preference
- Design and execute A/B/n tests
- Analyse test results to derive insights
- Generate audience insights and reports
- Share findings with relevant stakeholders for strategic decisions

**About you and your skills**:
Coming from a digital media agency / marketing agency / marketing department within an FMCG (a plus, not mandatory), you bring a solid understanding of MarTech and digital media.

You’ll demonstrate familiarity with marketing software such as SAAS, ideally with exposure to CRM, CDP and/or DMP platforms.

Key to your success will be your ability to analyse data and extract insights.

- The ability to prioritise and get stuff done
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
