Coles 360 is the retail media business of Coles, connecting shoppers with the brands they know and love. Whether it’s through engaging content, omnichannel storytelling or personalised offers, we connect brands our customers know and love with millions of Australians every week. If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to take on a newly created opportunity as Audience Specialist; joining Coles 360 at the cusp of growth.

- Segment audiences based on behaviour and preference
- Design and execute A/B/n tests
- Analyse test results to derive insights
- Generate audience insights and reports
- Share findings with relevant stakeholders for strategic decisions

**About you and your skills**:
Coming from a digital media agency / marketing agency / marketing department within an FMCG (a plus, not mandatory), you bring a solid understanding of MarTech and digital media.

You’ll demonstrate familiarity with marketing software such as SAAS, ideally with exposure to CRM, CDP and/or DMP platforms.

Key to your success will be your ability to analyse data and extract insights.

- The ability to prioritise and get stuff done
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
