We are seeking two
**Fuil-Time Accounts Payable Officers** who aligns with our values, who is responsible for debt collection activities including liaising with internal stakeholders and third parties, raising sales invoices and issuing credit notes.

The position requires strong negotiation skills, achieving solutions for our clients, and recording and monitoring payments.

We have two
**Immediate Start** vacancies in our Accounts Payable team:
1x 12 Month Fixed Term Full-Time

1x Full Time role

Both positions are
**full-time**, Monday to Friday,
**38 hours per week** and reports to the Finance Operations Manager and works collaboratively within the finance team.

**What we need from you**:

- Some experience in a similar role (desired).
- Interest in the finance department.
- Zudello, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience (desired).
- Knowledge of GST legislation.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with preparation of Electronic Banking.
- Workcover understanding (preferred).
- Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of people.
- Ability to deliver services in a manner consistent with the requirements of the supplier and/or the service agreement.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
