Our Client is currently looking for a
**Workshop Administrator** to join their team working in
**Welshpool**.
- 3-5 days per week, P/T availability considered
- Monday to Friday, 22 - 38 hrs/week
- Ongoing Work with a Great Company
Your duties and responsibilities for this role will include, but is not limited to, a wide range of office duties, such as:
- Administrative duties for the Workshop/Branch
- Scanning and archiving
- Simple Pronto tasks
- Quick links entry and checks
- Assistance with estimating documents
- Filing checks ensuring everything is in place
- General branch admin
- Phone answering
- have previous experience working in a similar role in a Workshop environment
- be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- have good knowledge of ERP Systems - Pronto experience is desirable, but not essential
- be reliable, have good work ethics and a positive attitude
- have good communication skills and be customer focussed
**Requirements**:
To be considered for this position, you must:
- have a valid Drivers Licence and your own transport
- be willing to undergo, and pass a Pre-employment Medical, including Drug & Alcohol Test
