The Overlander Hotel currently seeking friendly and motivated Bar, Gaming, cleaning and courtesy bus drivers to join our Greater Western Sydney pub. Immediate start available.

We are on the lookout for people with a bubbly and outgoing personality who can build a positive relationship with customers and leave a lasting impression on the customer experience. You will have the following:

Courtesy Bus Driver

The successful candidate will be courteous, helpful and friendly

The key responsibilities and attributes will include:

  • Comply strictly with all applicable driving rules and regulations
  • To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and assist them where reasonably possible
  • To maintain the courtesy buses in a clean and tidy manner
  • Provide courteous, helpful, friendly and efficient service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The successful applicant will possess:

  • A currentDriver license
  • Current RSA certification
  • Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
  • The ability to work on a flexible roster which includes weekends and nights
  • Previous experience in similar role (desirable)

Cleaners

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Experience in commercial cleaning
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work on a flexible roster which includes weekends

Bar Staff

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Current RSA and RCG (RCG for Gaming)
  • Talkative and charismatic personality, the ability to connect and engage with guests
  • Cool under pressure
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in Bar, Gaming and KENO is preferred, but in house training is available
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day or night and weekends to coincide with trading hours
