About the role
We are transforming, modernising and simplifying and you can be part of that You’ll be guiding a diverse program of work, delivering multiple projects as part of our enterprise transformation program. This role will also contribute to thought leadership to improve our project delivery frameworks and processes, be supported by a PMO Manager, and work closely with senior stakeholders across the Bank.

**In this role you’ll be accountable for**:
Program delivery and governance - leading delivery of a program of work to ensure project outcomes are achieved to scope, schedule and budget and reporting is accurate and timely
Building strong relationships and stakeholder management to ensure the right stakeholders are engaged in decision making, blockers are resolved and outcomes are achieved in line with business strategy
Resource planning - effectively engage, secure and coach the resources required to achieve the agreed outcomes
Risk, issue and dependency management - ensure risks, issues and dependencies are identified and effectively managed
People leadership - lead a team of indirect reports, coaching and removing roadblocks
About you
Proven program and project delivery experience in large scale transformation settings, ideally in a regulated environment
Experience in working with Senior Leaders, Executive members and external consultancy partners
Previous experience building delivery teams from program initiation
Significant experience presenting and influencing senior level stakeholders and committees in gaining endorsement for business cases, benefits realisation, outcome acceptance, risk and issue management etc.
Extensive project governance experience with the ability to appropriately size the amount of control and oversight required proportionate to the scale, complexity and impact of the initiative
Ability to switch contexts quickly, promptly assess and respond suitably to the problems at hand, whether it be through encouraging solution innovation; rationalising the delivery approach; or sequencing deployment to optimise business outcomes.
Willingness to still roll your sleeves up and act as a project manager when required to support projects within your program
