Melbourne City Apartment Hotel is Melbourne’s latest apartment style hotel to open in the West End of the City. With 99 studio and apartment style rooms we are the latest dynamic accommodation option in the Melbourne market.

We are now looking to recruit a team of Front Office legends to join this newly opened 4 start hotel.

If you have a passion for the hospitality and tourism industry, possess awesome customer service skills and have a truly welcoming personality then we want to hear from you.

About the role and your responsibilities

As the first point of contact for the Hotel you will be responsible for:

- Providing industry leading customer service to guests
- Deliver the perfect welcome and goodbye to our guests whilst checking them in and out.
- Have excellent product and local knowledge. Use every opportunity to promote Hotel facilities and maximise room sales.
- Maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality.

You will have the following attributes:

- Love interacting with people from all corners of the globe.
- The capability of working both autonomously and as part of a small team.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills with a strong ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to use initiative and solve problems.
- Remain composed and respectful at all times.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- 1-2 years minimum experience working in a Hotel Front Office position, RoomMaster PMS knowledge advantageous.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- COVID-19 vaccinated.
