**Digital Acquisition Manager - 12 month max term contract - Sydney Office - Max term contract**

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Digital Acquisition Manager based in Sydney or Melbourne to join the Marketing team on 12-month parental leave max term contract to develop and execute the digital acquisition strategy for Domain across our real estate agent (B2B) segment.**Who are you?**
- You are a seasoned Digital Performance Marketing professional with a strong understanding of digital media channels and a passion for developing and growing stakeholder relationships.- Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Acquisition, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to create and optimise always-on programs across digital acquisition, cross-sell and customer retention. A key focus is to ensure alignment of Performance Marketing campaigns with overall business strategy.- You thrive in digging into the data by measuring and reporting on full end-to-end campaign performance and monitoring and optimising the ongoing performance of campaign activity.***

**You will have**:

- Strong experience in hands-on day-to-day management of performance marketing activity across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Video channels
- Excellent collaborative skills, showing initiative to improve processes, solve problems and be a true team player
- Proficiency in performance forecasting and budget management
- Experience working with product teams to design and run landing page experiments to improve campaign performance
- Expertise in using Google Analytics and tag management systems
- Strong data visualisation skills to effectively communicate performance and business impact to the broader business (eg. Tableau, Datorama)
- Knowledge of HTML, 3rd party ad tags, and other forms of digital ad code
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across multi-functional teams
- Bachelor degree in Business and Marketing or equivalent experience

- Experience with Customer Data Platforms, Tealium preferred
