**Head of Digital Acquisition - 12 month max term contract - Sydney Office - Max term contract**
A fantastic opportunity for a Head of Digital Acquisition based in Sydney to join the Marketing team on a 12-month parental leave max term contract. You will lead our in-house team of digital media specialists to develop and execute our digital acquisition strategy across Domain Group.**Who are you?**
- You are an experienced digital leader with strong commercial acumen who has a passion to lead and deliver robust digital acquisition strategies to help our B2C and B2B customers achieve their property goals.
- Reporting directly to the Director of Digital and Technology in Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the digital acquisition strategy across Domain Group. You will ensure that all digital media buying tools and measurement solutions are fit for purpose and future-proofed for an evolving media and privacy landscape.
- You will lead the Digital Acquisition team to drive automation of digital campaigns with a constant test-and-learn approach. You will use a suite of analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of your strategies day to day and make changes where suitable. As a great communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, you will partner with our data, insights, segment and lifecycle marketing teams to deliver commercial outcomes across campaigns and always-on digital activity.***
**You will have**:
- Strong leadership capabilities to develop and grow in-house media teams
- Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into a targeted digital acquisition strategy
- Extensive experience leading teams to implement and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display), Facebook Ads Manager, Programmatic exchanges and affiliates
- Comfortable taking ownership and defining key success metrics with a high level of accountability to deliver on KPIs
- Experience managing and building relationships with key digital media partners
- Strong data visualisation skills to effectively communicate performance and business impact to the broader business (eg. Tableau, Datorama)
- Knowledge of HTML, 3rd party ad tags, and other forms of digital ad code
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multi-functional teams
- Bachelor degree in Business and Marketing or equivalent experience
