**About Us**

At Delaco Panels, we are dedicated to delivering excellence in Building industry. We’re looking for a skilled Accounts Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team and help us maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting.
- Payroll processing and compliance.
- Ensure tax obligations are met, including GST, BAS, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accounts manager.
- Proficiency in accounting software like Xero, Dext.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
