Site Foreman

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on External Works Foreman to oversee soft & hard landscaping, and external finishes across our project. You will play a critical role in managing on-site works, coordinating contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Overseeing the delivery of external works, including roads, pathways, landscaping, and drainage
- Ensuring all works comply with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards
- Liaising with project managers, site managers and engineers to drive efficiency and problem-solve challenges
- Maintaining a hands-on approach with a strong focus on detail, deadlines, and budget management

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in external structural works, soft & hard landscaping projects
- Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, paving, and landscaping
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
- Relevant trade or construction qualifications (preferred but not essential)
