We are searching for a **Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Excellence Lead **to join our team in Sydney, reporting to our Head of RGM. This is a permanent role and is available on a hybrid basis, which means you’ll have the flexibility to work from home and our York Street Office.

In this role you will lead the design and implementation of the appropriate tools, processes and insights to enable the RGM team is deliver best in class RGM analysis and solutions. You will support in building the foundational RGM practices within the team and laying the groundwork so Lion can win in the market

**A day in the life**
- You will implement the RGM excellence three-year roadmap considering short
- and long-term requirements to set the function up for success.
- Develop and implement end to end solutions to achieve components of the roadmap including:

- System/tool design, creation and implementation
- Process design, mapping and implementation
- Running stakeholder workshops
- Continuous management and successful implementation of the project
- Develop KPI’s and track to continuously improve the roadmap
- You will develop statistical tools and reports to support our RGM team in their day-to-day roles.
- You will lead one RGM Excellence Analyst, providing training guidance and leadership in their role.

**What you’ll bring**
- Demonstrated project Management and process design skills will set you up for success in this role.
- Demonstrated report design and development skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and gain alignment with key stakeholders is essential.
- An ability to lead projects, run workshops with a range of senior stakeholders to determine best in class solutions.
- Experience working with Power BI would set you up for success.
- Experience working in Revenue Growth Management, Category or Sales would also be advantageous but not essential.
