We’re seeking an individual with a demonstrated ability in building relationships, business partnering and influencing peers and stakeholders at all levels, who can present complex information in a simple format. Strong expertise in pricing development processes and execution is essential.

Core responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Category and
- Quantify medium & long term impacts of pricing on portfolio with an aim to optimise our revenue and EBIT outcomes
- Drive pricing capability across sales, marketing, and finance teams
- Support generation of pricing strategies through understanding of business and brand goals, advanced analytics on market indicators, category, shopper and consumer understandings and financial review to drive data-driven insights and recommendations
- Leverage data (market scan, sell out, elasticities) and research (consumer and shopper behaviour) to drive recommendations
- Participating in VBC initiatives and supporting colleagues in their VBC learnings

Strong Commercial and Strategic acumen will enable you to identify, lead and deliver opportunities to create value and drive competitive advantage for the business. You’ll utilize your in-depth strategy and pricing knowledge to lead customer, sales, brand, and consumer teams to achieve optimal revenue outcomes aligned with revenue strategy including margin roadmaps. You’ll also manage Lion and partner brand performance ensuring a strong relationship and service.
