**Your Tasks**:
We have an exciting opportunity available for someone to join our business. In this role you will be responsible for tracking and providing detailed analysis of data sets focusing on Assortment, Pricing, and Promotions to assist the Revenue Growth team in identifying opportunities for growth, understanding of underperformance, and best practice. The outcome will be the creation of action plans to maximise revenue and profitability across ANZ.

The responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting the mapping and planning of the ANZ Retail Environments and deliver the strategy to key stakeholders
- Collect and compile data for internal processes.
- Develop analysis for the base business and innovations including trends on promotions, pricing, and assortment; both internal & external.
- Collect, analyse and report data to ensure business understanding of trends.
- Work functionally with Category, Sales and Regional RGM for access to key information and to share and provide training for reports.

**Your Profile**:

- Business related degree qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales or Shopper Marketing/Trade Marketing.
- Good analytical skills/financial analysis skills required.
- Must have strong Excel & Power BI skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player, attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of ANZ retail channels.Pragmatic, dynamic, results oriented individual with a hands-on style.
