As a Facilities Administrator at CBRE, you will play a vital role in supporting the facilities and technical services team for the ISPT-owned portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include managing work orders, monitoring Helpdesk requests, and maintaining essential facilities management documentation.**The Opportunity**
- Triage Helpdesk requests and allocate to contractors/facilities managers according to the site-specific Work Order Matrix.
- Monitor and follow up on the closeout of open work orders to ensure completion by contractors/facilities managers.
- Review and save site-specific SWMS documents, escalating non-compliance to the site facilities manager.
- Manage contractor competency documents, follow up on expirations, and escalate issues to the regional facilities manager as needed.
- Ensure compliance with CBRE policies and contribute to a positive workplace culture, adhering to company values of Respect, Integrity, Services, and Excellence.

**About you**
- Strong logical and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on performance outcomes across all levels.
- 1-2 years of experience in building facilities management and a relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
