Located at our amazing offices in South Yarra, we have an exciting opportunity available for a recruitment and onboarding guru within our HR team.

Full-time permanent position - 38 Hours per week, Mondays to Fridays.

**About the Opportunity**:
This position will primarily be responsible for filling available job openings through the recruitment and onboarding of exceptional employees in a fast-paced work environment and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Success will be achieved through the development and hands-on execution of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new, creative ideas. This position plays a critical role in ensuring we are attracting, hiring, and retaining the best possible talent in each of our job openings.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in Human Resources, particularly recruitment.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR practices & processes.
- Previous experience in high-volume recruitment
- Solid understanding of the Recruitment and Selection processes
- Working knowledge of recruitment and HR practices and experience using online recruitment systems
