About the Role*
The General Manager Clinical Services assumes responsibility for the operational and commercial management of National 360’s clinical deliverables. Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, this newly created role provides significant opportunity to drive the strategic and commercial directions of the business and to also build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

In liaison with State Managers, develop operational Strategic Plans to meet the organisation’s goals and objectives
- Oversee & manage the commercial and operational deliverables of all clinical streams & geographical regions
- Inspire high performing, engaged, committed and competent teams to achieve business objectives
- Perform regular market analysis to ensure that National 360’s clinical service offerings are competitive and in-line with market demands
- Build meaningful relationships across all levels of the organisation, inclusive of regular intrastate and interstate travel
- Develop commercial partnerships within the community, health, and disability sectors, and represent National 360 at industry events and conferences
- Ensure organisational practices are compliant with relevant legislation, frameworks, and standard
- Strategically plan, implement, manage, review, and evaluate complex programs, projects, and initiatives with a focus on achieving commercial and clinical outcomes
- Assist with leading continuous improvement and change

Selection Criteria*
*
Tertiary qualifications in healthcare, business, or related discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in clinical and / or operational management within the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Strong commercial acumen, including proven experience delivering improved financial outcomes
- Experience leading and managing geographically dispersed hybrid working teams
- A passion for developing long-term, meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly refined communication skills
- Strong mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Current driver’s licence and registered vehicle
- NDIS worker screening clearance and WWCC (or willingness to apply)
