As a Marketplace Onboarding Coordinator, you will support the development of David Jones’ Ecommerce platform by managing new drop ship brands on our growing website proactively or by way of referral from our Merchandise team. Reporting to the Marketplace Onboarding Manager, you will partner with luxury brands and internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding journey to our Marketplace platform. We are looking for a Marketplace professional who is passionate about ecommerce and in providing an outstanding customer experience with their clients.

With a hybrid mix of working at home as well as our Burnley office, this role will suit someone who can work to prioritize multiple demands in an ever-changing retail environment.

What this role involves:

- Assist Merchandise teams in presenting Marketplace opportunity to prospective vendors
- Ensure Vendors are set up correctly and are aware of all trading and merchandise policies & guidelines and mystery shopping program
- End to end testing on integration before Go Live dates
- Build lasting relationships with vendors and troubleshoot enquires to ensure a seamless onboarding progress
- Assist in providing ongoing support for the Online Trade team
- Experience in a similar Marketplace Coordinator, Account Manager or Relationship Manager role
- A strong understanding of Marketplace, EDI, API or how ecommerce platforms operate
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Competent using Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once and meet strict deadlines
