Australian Insurance Services Alliance (AISA) is a leading promoter of Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) and Overseas Visitors Health Cover (OVHC) in Australia, committed to offering exceptional customer service to our global agent network. We are currently expanding our reach into the South American market, particularly focusing on Colombia, Brazil, and surrounding regions. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Officer to spearhead our Education Agent Network Development efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue business opportunities in various regions, including Onshore Australia and offshore South American countries, with a primary focus on building and expanding our Education Agent Network.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with key industry stakeholders to develop and execute strategic business growth plans. This includes fostering relationships with educational institutions, government agencies, and other relevant entities to drive mutual success.
- **Sales Leadership**: Lead the support team in managing the end-to-end customer/prospect lifecycle. This involves proactive relationship management to ensure the delivery of mutual outcomes and targets, ultimately contributing to the achievement of the team’s sales objectives.
- **Support and Training**: Provide ongoing support and guidance to the agent network on information dissemination, process optimization, and product/service knowledge. Ensure that team members have the necessary resources and tools to effectively carry out their duties and contribute to the smooth transactions on the OSHC and OVHC.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably within the International Education or Health Insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of the South American market, particularly Colombia, Brazil, and surrounding regions, with a track record of successfully expanding business operations in these areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Visa eligibility to work in Australia is a must.
