Department Overview Department Description
Our Contract Management team is part of the Motorola Solutions business covering the APAC region. We are a professional services team that delivers administrative, financial and operational support for the ANZ and Asia Managed & Support Services business. The team is fully responsible for managing support services contracts including contract setup in the system, entitlement management, invoicing, revenue recognition and database updating as well as one off invoicing and supporting services billable requests.We deliver customer focused world-class, leading edge, end-to-end solutions fit for purpose within each customer’s unique environment that include various voice (including radio) communications, data and video technologies with our clients predominantly in the public safety government sector and the energy & natural resources industry.

Job Description
As a Contract Management Officer, you will provide support to the local and broader service team. The Contract Management Officer will handle a wide range of service support related tasks, this is an essential and vital position to ensure the smooth-running of our offices in the region. In this role, you will be expected to be an energetic professional who does not mind wearing multiple hats, as you will confront the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Assisting with the administration of assigned contracts and related submittals
- Coordinating preparation of assigned documentation through internal approval process
- Monitoring contract submittals to ensure timely and coordinated responses and compliance with terms and conditions
- Contract loading, contract corrections and changes, database management and work tickets
- Serving as a liaison for Sales, Field Service, Finance, Credit, Order Management, Collections, Technical Support, Service Desk and Product Management departments
- Communicating across MSI functional organization and Service Partners to resolve any contract or billing issues
- Maintaining efficient cycle time of processing contracts through measured results and case management
- Assisting with training of new team members as needed
- Communicating with APAC teams throughout contract process
Basic Requirements
Education and Qualifications
**Essential**:
- At least Bachelor degree in Finance, Administration or related field/experience
- Ability to speak and write very good English
- Keen attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Team player with strong communications skills
Experience and Skills
**Essential**:
- Any experience in contract administration, help desk, customer service or related field
- Extensive experience in a supporting role to a project delivery environment for a service provider or the corporate sector
- 1 - 3+ years’ experience
- Demonstrable in-depth expertise with:
- MS Office product suite
- Google Suite
- Excellent keyboard skills, English grammar, syntax, composition, and spelling
