**About the Role**

The Practice Lead provides support to the Delivery Office and EHG (Environment and Heritage Group) to deliver programs and projects effectively and efficiently and helps build project and program management capability within the organisation.

A key focus for the role over the next 18 months will be to assist in the roll out of a new online portfolio, program and project management tool. This will include system support (licencing, developing PowerBI reports and issues resolution) and the onboarding of users into the system, including managing change.

**About you**

Are you a self starter who is experienced in using and/or supporting online project management systems (e.g. Microsoft Project, Microsoft PPM) and dashboards (e.g. PowerBI) for managing and reporting on projects.

To be successful in the role, ideally you will have the following abilities:

- Sound project, program and change management experience, including using and/or supporting project management and reporting systems
- Able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in a complex change environment to deliver results
- Sound communication skills utilising various formats
- Be a great team player and contribute to our awesome team culture.
