The purpose of the Fund Analyst is to report on the performance of the fund with accuracy and promptness. The will support the Fund Manager by developing and maintaining effective reporting systems which assists to identify strategies which will better align the business to the Division/Group vision and highlight areas where investor returns may be improved.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Compile monthly Fund portfolio metrics and other reports as required in consultation with the Fund Manager.
Provide commentary on the performance of the portfolio to key stakeholders across the Division, Mirvac Group and our Capital Partners.
Co-ordinate the instruction, timing, and review of draft external valuations in accordance with the Group valuation policy and reporting deadlines.
Co-ordinate the updating of the Finance platform in light of the outcomes of external valuations in consultation with the General Manager.
Co-ordinate the timely and accurate submission of all internal/external valuations required for audit and reporting purposes.
Assist the team with analysis on the acquisition and disposal of assets by way of valuation analysis, due diligence reviews and the assisting with internal and external Investment Committee Papers.
Participate in the half yearly house-view review process.
Oversee data and portfolio analysis in preparation of financial and investor reporting.
Work with Mirvac teams to improve systems and processes relating to reporting and forecasting.
Prepare and maintain Fund Model, Actual & Reforecasting process for Funds with Third Party Capital Partners.
Coordinate the annual budget process - compile the budget and presentation in consultation with the Fund Manager.
Oversee the monthly “Actual & Reforecast” cycle in collaboration with the Portfolio Manager.
Responsible for investment management and managing the performance of funds.
To support funds, provide financial projections for investors and other stakeholders.
Take part in customer and investor activities as required.
