The ADF Cadets Directorate provides complementary supporting and enabling functions under the ‘One Cadet’ model that is a collaborative approach between the respective ADF cadet programs administered by Navy, Army and Air Force. The Directorate seeks to achieve standardisation across the three programs, where practicable and agreed, to make the administration of the programs more effective, efficient and coherent.
