Extend Oz is currently looking to engage a highly motivated Gaming Manager to join our outgoing team near Mulgrave, VIC.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the venue’s large scale gaming room, sport bars areas including TAB operations and you have the ability to lead a high performing team made up of 20-25 gaming, and sports bar supervisors and attendants.
- Proven experience driving gaming marketing and loyalty programs.
- Extensive background in gaming, tab operations.
- Experience in similar or like role.
- Proven track record of success in achieving revenue and sales management capabilities.
- Ability to engage key internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes in the business.
- Proven ability to recruit, motivate and train successful team.
- Unlimited working rights in Australia.
- Availability for weekly day, night and weekend and public holidays.
- Current RSA and RCG are essential.

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mulgrave, VIC 3170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Gaming Manager: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
- RCG (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
