Gaming Supervisor

Extend Oz is currently looking to engage a highly motivated Gaming Supervisor to join our outgoing team near Mulgrave, VIC.

Supporting the Venue Manager and Gaming Manager with day-to-day operation, your main responsibilities will include
- Supervising a team of gaming staff
- Maintaining compliance & responsible gaming practices
- Strong work ethic & attention to detail
- Carry out all gaming compliance in accordance with the club’s policies and gaming regulations
- Communicate to the gaming staff all gaming related initiatives
- Deliver and maintain customer experience to a high service standard

Must haves:

- 1 year experience as a supervisor
- Availability for weekly day, night and weekend shifts is a must
- Current RSA and RCG are essential

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mulgrave, VIC 3170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Gaming Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
- RCG (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
