Melbourne Pain Group is a rapidly expanding, fast paced pain management practice with multiple specialists working across many locations around Melbourne.

We are currently in need of a Full-time administration assistant for our legal department in Glen Waverley

You will work closely with all staff and all doctors. You will be managing multiple diaries and locations. Previous experience in a medical practice or hospital is preferred and will be highly regarded.

Experience with Genie is preferred, but not essential.

The role entails:
**Full-Time Administration Assistant - Legal Department**
- Processing file copy requests, subpoenas and report requests
- Ensuring medico-legal requests are processed and handled in a timely and efficient manner from inception through to completion
- Liaising with patients and external stakeholders such as GPs, solicitors, TAC, WorkCover agents, insurers, allied health professionals and Rehabilitation Centres
- Booking independent medical examinations
- Managing outgoing and incoming correspondence
- Acting as main point of contact for telephone queries regarding medico-legal matters
- Invoicing of accounts
- Scanning and filing
- Any other duties as directed by the Practice Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
