As an Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation Consultant, you will work with business leaders and operation team leads to simplify and transform business processes using TechnologyOne software and integrations to other information systems.

**What you'll be doing...**

You will proactively work with leaders to document the business use of TechnologyOne software and integrations to other information systems and identify opportunities to improve business processes.

Your responsibilities will also include:

- Acting as a conduit between Product and business teams and keep up-to-date with functionalities/changes in systems and promoting an understanding of functionalities available
- Determining the detailed requirements of the requests for prioritised work requests including estimating the time required to design, configure, test and support the requirements
- Configure or develop required changes in the system and associated integrations, workflows and reports
- Complete regular review cycles to ensure system performance, security and reliability, managing incidents and problems
- Regularly review and optimise solutions implemented to ensure they are performing effectively
- Providing advice on selection of new systems and changes in business process

As our ERP Implementation Consultant you’ll know what it takes to support business and deliver business transformation. You will possess:

- Degree qualified in information systems or other relevant area
- Proven experience in partnering with business teams to automate and streamline processes optimise business processes and reporting
- Experience in configuring or supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Expertise in Advanced Excel, BI tools, ETL and/or SQL
- Broad understanding of corporate processes such as HR, Consulting, Sales, Finance, IT
