**The Role**

We are looking for a **Maintenance Manager** to join our team at Together Coliving, Preston, Victoria If you're passionate about keeping spaces safe and maintaining top-notch standards, we want you on our team. You’ll be in charge of making sure everything is up to standard, from the hotel rooms to the grounds, while leading an experienced team of maintenance staff

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Leading**the maintenance team in making sure preventative maintenance and repairs are done to excellently across the hotel.
- **Manage contractors**, ensuring work is done safely and on schedule.
- **Ensure safety** by keeping the hotel in compliance with WHS and fire safety standards.
- You’ll be on top of **quarterly audits and monthly maintenance reports**, ensuring everything’s up to code.
- **Maintain detailed records** of repairs and daily checks to meet local Council, Government, and manufacturer guidelines.
- **Collaborate** with other departments to make sure maintenance doesn’t disrupt the flow of operations.
- **Research and recommend**ways to improve efficiency throughout the hotel - we love fresh ideas
- **Project Management,** as needed by the General Manager.
- Manage the **maintenance budget** and oversee **CAPEX**proposals with a keen eye for detail.

**What You Need to Get This Role**:

- A qualification in building maintenance or related field
- At least two years of experience in general building maintenance (preferably you've led a team before).
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills - nothing too fancy, just enough to keep things running smoothly
- Availability for emergency maintenance outside of regular hours (if needed only).
- Good communication skills

Work Location: On-site

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
