**About the role**:
As a Service Lead in Community, you’ll lead a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that empower people with disabilities to live inclusive and meaningful lives. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with customers, families, and staff to create a positive and inclusive environment.

**What You'll Be Doing and What you'll Bring**:
You’ll be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with Aruma’s values. You’ll also play a key role in service development, compliance, and continuous improvement.

We’re looking for someone who:

- ** Experienced & Qualified**: Minimum 3 years in disability services with a relevant qualification in Individual Support or related field
- ** Strong Communicator**: Builds trust through clear communication and strong people skills
- ** Team-Oriented & Independent**: Works collaboratively while confidently managing tasks solo
- ** Respectful & Values-Driven**: Patient, inclusive, and committed to human rights-based, person-centred approaches

- ** Willing to Learn**: Open to feedback and continuous development

- ** Leadership-Ready**: Skilled in mentoring staff, managing service delivery, and engaging families
