As a Service Lead, you'll play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace where each team member can thrive and contribute their unique skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of disabled production workers to achieve their best.
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient production processes.
- Provide guidance and support, addressing any challenges that arise.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet production targets.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where all employees feel valued.

**About You**:

- A minimum three years working in disability services or a similar environment.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Individual Support or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
- Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
- Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
- Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
