**About You**:

- A minimum three years working in disability services or a similar environment.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Individual Support or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Excellent Communication skills.

- Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
- Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
