In 5 of our sites APCO has teamed up with the trusted IGA X-press brand to deliver the ultimate convenience, top up experience for our customers.

**Cafe Team Leader**

**About the Role**

Our Cafe Team Leaders work hand in hand with the Store Managers to operate a safe and profitable Cafe everyday. You will coach your team to deliver memorable customer experiences and commercial outcomes everyday. As a Cafe Team Leader you will deliver operational excellence, implement APCO's strategies and perfectly execute our Cafe offering.

**About YOU**

**You have had previous food safety experience**

**You have a positive and professional 'can do' attitude**

**You enjoy leading a team of retail and hospitality skilled people in a fast paced 24 hour environment**

**You feel absolutely at ease serving customers day after day and leading your team to do the same**

**You are motivated to achieve commercial targets and always involve your team in the challenge.**

**You can manage competing priorities and are compliance focused to ensure the brand standards are met.**

**You will be available to work flexible hours across the week including some weekends and you will also be available to be on call.**

**You must have previous management experience.**

**You will enhance the performance of the Cafe through your effective hands on approach
