**The Company**
Our client is well-known and respected within the healthcare industry, supplying pharmaceutical products to wholesalers, hospitals, and medical centres globally. Their continually growing business is calling for a Client Service Officer permanently for their new lovely office in Pemulway.

**The Role**
As a Client Service Officer, your duties will include the following:

- Liaising and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Accurately Keying orders into the system
- Handling Time Sensitive or Track and Trace orders,
- Following up on delivery ETA's
- Generating reporting using Excel
- Processing clinical trial orders
- Handle, follow up, and action all complaints in a fair and timely manner
- **Location**: Pemulway - Parking on Site
- **Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + superannuation**:

- **Hours**: Monday to Friday - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Hyrbid (WFH) after training

**You**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you will have:

- **Logistics, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare product related experience is very desirable**:

- **Ability to naturally establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients**:

- **Strong Customer Service skills**:

- **Intermediate Excel and Word**:

- SAP experience is a bonus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
