**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
This is the perfect position if you thrive in a small, but fast-paced team, have a positive attitude and energetic personality, and you’re motivated to elevate and grow your career in finance.
- Support the customer & finance broker through the entire journey, from initial call through to settlement, communicating updates in line with process
- Providing a great customer experience, focusing on long term relationships and referral business, delivering positive outcomes for all customers
- Utilise and update CRM accordingly as part of customer loan process
- Participating & owning other general office duties/responsibilities (eg. managing office visitors, social media, events etc.)

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Strong customer service experience and skills
- Experience in finance/lending or automotive sales is a huge advantage
- Motivated & driven by personal and career growth
- Efficient computer skills and tech savvy, CRM experience
- Solution mindset, fast learner, proactive and autonomous
- Multi-tasker with the ability to handle diverse responsibilities, customers, and has strong time-management skills
- Savvy, bubbly, energetic, team player with a positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
