**Remote Customer Support Admin**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting customers with pre and post-sale technical support
- Analysis of inquiries using specialized tools and solutions coordination among team members
- Identifying and solving problems with customer orders or service requests and assists with billing and order inquiries and problems
- Providing company information to customers, including rates, fees, and other data

**Essential Abilities/Competencies for this Role**

The position is ideal for someone who honestly enjoys the maker/electronics culture. If studying at university or college and looking for a part-time job in your field of electronics or computer science, you are welcome to apply.
- No formal qualifications are required - however - background in DIY electronics would be beneficial and will be remunerated accordingly.
- Ideally, located in the time zone of America or Europe
- Knowledge of the energy storage market is an advantage
- Excellent in online Customer Support with strong written and verbal communications
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets
- A proactive approach toward problem-solving and methodological
- Reliable and a self-starter individual
- Familiar with online eCommerce and fulfilment tools: Shopify, DHL, Customer Support; Community Forums, wiki, helpdesk, and other social platforms

Batrium Technologies Pty Ltd is an Australian provider of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and related software. The company has been selling a range of lithium battery monitoring modules and building a suite of software tools that allow batteries to be monitored and managed remotely using desktop and mobile devices in the last 10 years.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
