Apprenticeships R Us is looking for a **Trainee Service Advisor/Reception Admin** for a car dealership in the **Newcastle, NSW **area. This role will combine on-the-job training whilst you work towards your **Certificate III in Business** qualification.

**What is a Traineeship? **This 12 month paid traineeship will include hands on training alongside a skilled team of experts with structured learning in order to receive a **Certificate III in Business**. Following this qualification will allow the opportunity of getting promoted after completion.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Running a reception area
- Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone.
- Accurately record issues and data into a Dealer Management System.
- Conduct transactions; walk customer through process and provide a summary of the service.
- Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle
- Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer
- Follow up with customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed

**Essential Requirements**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
- Be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Have a desire to learn
- Good communication skills
