**About your new role**:
Are you a resilient and patient individual who loves making a big impacts and helping where it counts? We are currently seeking a causal Disability Support Worker to support customers within our Eight Mile Plains Hub. You will be assisting customers aid in daily tasks and providing support through challenging behaviours. Our Disability Support Workers thrive in teaching our valued customers skills to shape and improve their lives.

**About you**:

- Demonstrate high levels of expertise in complex support environments including In-Home Supports
- Provide effective communication and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
- Experience with personal care, medication assistance, slide sheets and hoist use
- You will have previous experience in complex and challenging behaviours
- You have flexibility to work across week days - school hours

**You will have or be willing to obtain**:

- Full COVID-19 vaccinations (proof from MyGov)
- Current First Aid Certificate CPR Certificate

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.28 - $40.71 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:
