This is a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a close-knit team in the inner eastern suburbs. Be responsible for a range of different duties and work alongside the Practice Manager.
Our client has a great reputation in the market and is a firm who make a positive contribution to the community.
Ideally you will have Administration experience within a Accounting firm and be able to do a range of general administrative duties. You will also act as the point of contact for all phone calls and redirect accordingly.
**Duties & Responsibilities include**:
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Organise and schedule appointments for the Director and other Partners
- Maintain the filing
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Book travel arrangements
- Liaise with the Accounting Practice Manager to handle requests and queries from the accounting admin team
- Caring for the facilities inclusive of tidying and arranging maintenance works
Experience in an administrative role is required, alongside a passion for public practice accounting will be highly regarded. You will have eagerness to learn and be able to adapt to a variety of different tasks.
