**Your Role**:
An exciting opportunity for you to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you can bring your skilled communication skills and passion for security initiatives. As part of our Security Operations team you will play a pivotal role in representing and maturing our Security Function.

The role is primarily based at our Fortitude Valley office, however you may be required to travel to other sites in the Brisbane and Ipswich areas. As the central point of contact for security matters at Fortitude Valley, you will provide advice, guidance, and support to staff, conduct overseas travel briefings and debriefings, conduct preliminary inquiries, information gathering, and report security incidents or suspicious contacts.

Your expertise will help us protect Defence capability and Northrop Grumman Intellectual Property through reducing security risks, maintaining our security accreditations and Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) membership obligations.

**Everyone Matters**:
As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and be eligible for a Negative Vet 2 security clearance with potential for a higher security clearance requirement in future. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, as such your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role. You will also need to satisfy police checks and employment screening verification.

The role also has routine travel within the Brisbane and Ipswich areas which is compensated through a vehicle allowance per ATO guidelines. The role is on call on a rotational basis which is compensated in addition to base salary.
