Elevate your career with TAL We're seeking a visionary leader to steer the strategy and implementation of our claims proposition for AustralianSuper and Cbus. In this role, you'll drive continuous improvement, lead a team of claims experts, and ensure our services exceed expectations. **Qualifications**
- At least 7 years’ experience working in a similar senior role in the Financial Services/Insurance Industry
- Strong commercial acumen
- Knowledge of Super Funds and key partners
- Excellent time management and organisational skills - Knowledge of Reinsurance operations (Preferable)
