As a Resource Planning Specialist working with the Jetstar Airport Services Workforce Planning team. This role will be responsible for driving improvements to rosters across 7 Major Australian airports. The position focuses on resource scenario planning for monthly roster builds and strategic initiatives, while also overseeing functional training planning and compliance reporting. A key responsibility is ensuring resourcing solutions align with EBA and industrial agreements. A large focus is on balancing operational stability, cost efficiency, and team engagement. The role involves analysing schedule files, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing analytical support for various projects and initiatives.

You’ll have
- The ability to work with stakeholders of all levels, this includes experience in business partnering and providing effective solutions
- Experience in work force planning within an operational industry (ie. Aviation, Rail, Transport etc)
- Proficiency using GroundStar or similar planning and rostering systems
- Highly developed problem solving, analytical, planning, organisational skillsets with excellent decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and solve problems under day-to-day operational pressures and to take accountability for their work to ensure business and financial objectives are met
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of EBA/EAs within rostering constraints
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant industry experience
