Hunter Executive Search Consultants are a specialist recruitment company focused on professional placements for the Executive, Mining & Resources, Engineering, Environment and Water industries.

With a strong National presence & a growing pipeline of opportunities, we are building the Melbourne team and looking for an ambitious individual to join us as a Resourcing Specialist.

If you are highly motivated with proven customer service, sales or business development skills and are looking for a start in the recruitment industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Working closely with the Regional Manager - East, you will actively source, pipeline and select top talent on a variety of executive and technical roles.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Writing & posting adverts to attract quality applicants
- Identify business development opportunities within our key industry sectors

**About you**:

- A can do, positive attitude with an appetite to learn and succeed
- A professional manner
- Demonstrated customer service, sales or business development experience
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other CRM's, customer service or sales software packages
- Effective administration and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously & manage your time efficiently
- Ability to work well in a small team environment & contribute where necessary
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, focused & likes a challenge
