**About you**
You will showcase how you have lead a successful contact-centre sales team within an education provider, understanding that success if just as much about meeting and exceeding KPI's as it is about ensuring your team is engaged, supported and set up to succeed.

You are results focused and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to tackle a healthy challenge and have the resilience to navigate through the storms that may be encountered.

**About the role**
As part of the SLT this role has a seat at the table on business decisions that are made and will be a key player in scaling the business. Although this role is part of the SLT, it will not be leading from any ivory-tower.

This role is accountable for driving the operations and performance of the Sales team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring delivering to team performance and business goals remain the focus.
