Our internal RTO (Registered Training Organisation) team is made up of passionate, knowledgeable, and driven trainers that are ambassadors of our authentic KFC culture. As our** RTO State Manager (NSW)** you’ll manage state RTO operations, compliance, and state contracts. Reporting to the National RTO Operations Manager, you’ll support with ongoing continuous improvement and project management.

- History of championing continuous improvement.
- Understanding of RTO operational and compliance requirements.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Relevant Retail Qualification or equivalent retail work experience.

**A day in the life of your new role**
- Manage a team of State Trainers and Admin Assistants, as they support KFC stores across NSW with traineeships.
- Manage and grow RTO operations, promoting traineeships to both equity and franchisee restaurants.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the VET sector and regulatory requirements.
- Coach and support your team to prioritise the experience of their learners whilst maintaining compliance to legislative requirements.
- Monitor and adjust trainer workload to ensure contractual obligations can be met in a cost effective manner.
- Primary contact for relevant state contracts, ensuring funding requirements are met (includes liaising with government departments).
- Liaise with Area Coaches, People Excellence Coaches and Franchisees to strengthen training systems and compliance
- Assist or lead process improvement initiatives and audits
- General administration (e.g. student record maintenance, document development)
