- You will be joining a family of Inventory Planners across 100s of products with your main responsibilities being across planning, stock availability, supplier and database management. You will be reviewing supply needs across stock items and upcoming supply requirements, placing purchase orders, following supply plans for each product whilst supplementing with solutions not problems You will have a healthy and balanced view when it comes to the numbers, checking invoices received are approved for payment and suppliers are paid on time. You know that accurate information is your cure as you collate pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities and purchase order dates. Expiration dates are always in your eye line when dealing with terms of suppliers contracts and you are confident and capable to negotiate and/or improve cost of goods.

- Coming from a fast paced company background preferably within FMCG or Pharmaceutical or an industry that supports TGA environments, you’ll always encourage how much to take and how long for when it comes to your communication both with your colleagues and external stake holders relating to supply issues. You will be totally focused on positive outcomes and enjoy a clear open and refreshing fun team culture. One key list of ingredients you will have is intermediate to advanced excel to deliver on time and accurate reporting for the team and management. Continuation of new and changing products are a symptom you embrace, as is your ability to navigate a large ERP system without any allergic reaction
