Looking for an Administration professional to join a well-known Security company in Macquarie Park location.
**Details on role**:
- Ideally immediately available to start
- Location: Macquarie Park
- 6 month contract role with strong possibility to go permanent
- Full time office; if successful for permanent then WFH flexibility
- $35+super per hour
**Role responsibilities**:
- Reviewing, Updating, Maintaining the Claims, Discrepancy and Dispute files
- Ability to manage a high volume of daily discrepancies and disputes
- Ensuring a thorough investigation is followed through for the raised discrepancies
- To follow through the resolution of the discrepancy/claim/dispute until final settlement
- Reviewing, investigating, and resolving ATM/Commercial claims, discrepancies, and card holder disputes.
- Communicate and follow up with various internal and external teams to resolve discrepancies within the given SLA
- Follow up the claim reports, discrepancies and ensuring the business units are working in line with company procedures
- Assist in the identification of systems failures, non-compliances, and recommendations for procedural changes to mitigate operational risk and ensure employee and business compliance.
- Manage monthly meetings with clients
- Additional tasks as and when directed by the manager
**About you**:
- Strong administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and data integrity skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and manage the high workload within a given timeframe
- Advanced communication
- High interpersonal and organizational skills
- High levels of integrity and professionalism with the ability to manage sensitive information and issues appropriately
- Intermediate to Proficient MS office capabilities
- Proven experience to working independently and within a team collaboratively to support challenges and deliver required business outcomes
