The Key Account Manager role will join the Neuroscience Team to build and maintain strong professional relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

This is a field based role in WA (Perth) and will be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales and market share targets to satisfy our customers needs in a defined territory.

As a key team member of the Neuroscience team, you will
- Demonstrate clinical expertise in your specialty area with a strong understanding of the factors that impact, shape & influence the healthcare eco system
- Implement and facilitate tailored, valuable, on-label, in-field clinical dialogue for key clinical personnel that optimizes patient outcomes
- Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives to achieve optimal sales performance for your territory
- Deliver value for Health Care Professionals using the latest and most validated selling and key account management principles
- This role will be required to travel interstate to South Australia.

You will bring to the role
- 3 years of experience and demonstrated success in a specialty area, ideally with experience in the therapeutic area of Neuroscience
- Strong capability in account management, superior selling competencies and proven sales performance in a specialist/hosptial or other complex environment
- Tertiary qualification in science, nursing or similar discipline would be preferable

In order to be considered for this role you will have an appropriate level of qualification, coupled with the a proven track record in achieving sales targets, product launch experience and an understanding of the hospital environment. You will be strong in relationship building both internal and external stakeholders with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
