Servicing clients across major industries such as mining, construction and manufacturing, they have built a robust network of clients with a commitment to high quality delivery and incomparable customer service.
**Your new role**
In your new role as an account manager, you will be tasked with the proactive management of the organisation's most important clients, and will be the person responsible for both the maintenance of long-term business and growing existing accounts.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining trusting relationships with your existing network of clients
- Thoroughly understanding the needs and requirements of key clientele
- Providing sales solutions through the use of excellent troubleshooting
- Communicating all sales leads accurately within the business
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience selling high volume goods within the FMCG industry is highly preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A "hunter" mentality to drive business forward through the growth of key accounts
- Proactivity in scouting the market to ensure the business remains competitive.
