Red Gum is an established direct sales and marketing company based in Sydney. It was founded by people who are passionate about helping their teams grow and develop personally and professionally. **What You’ll Be Doing**

Representing **non-profit clients** through direct, face-to-face interactions in events, retail, and/or residential campaigns

Sharing the mission, vision, and impact of the causes you’re representing

Acquiring **new donors** and generating support through meaningful conversations

Achieving individual and team performance targets

Participating in **training and development** to build skills in communication, sales, and leadership
